2. Delivery Timeframes

Products Under 14kg

• Next‑day delivery on most items under 14kg.
• Orders placed before our daily cut‑off time (typically 12pm) are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after the cut‑off will be dispatched the following working day.

Products Over 14kg

• Delivery timeframe is 2–5 working days.
• Heavier items may require specialist handling or pallet delivery depending on size and courier restrictions.

3. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted UK couriers including DPD, Evri, Fedex and specialist freight partners for oversized or heavy items. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Weight

• Delivery location
• Courier service selected

Parcels weighing 14 kg and under include free delivery.

5. Click & Collect (If Applicable)

Customers may collect items directly from our shop. Please ensure you have received a collection confirmation before arriving.

6. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

If a courier is unable to deliver:

• You may rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot or parcel shop.
• Items returned to us due to non‑collection may incur a redelivery charge.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos where possible to help us resolve the issue quickly. We will work with the courier to replace or refund the affected item.

8. Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

9. Bladed Items

Certain products containing blades or cutting edges require mandatory age verification under UK law. Customers purchasing these items must be 18 years or older,
